CQC Registration is the formal process required for any health or social-care provider in England seeking to offer regulated services. It involves preparing an application, compiling required documentation (Statement of Purpose, Policies, Governance Documentation), ensuring premises and governance structure meet regulatory standards, submitting the provider and/or registered manager application, and preparing for the CQC site visit, interview and assessment under the Single Assessment Framework (SAF).

For many providers, registration is the legal gateway — without it, they cannot lawfully operate. The process is complex and detailed; mis-steps often lead to delays, rejections or regulatory scrutiny.

Scope of Service

  2. Proposal & Quotation: Based on service type and complexity, we send a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and fixed fee.
  3. Document & Governance Design: We draft Statement of Purpose, policies, governance structure, Statement of Compliance, and any required business plan or financial viability statement.
  4. Premises & Compliance Review (if needed): We assess location, suitability, environmental compliance, and ensure premises meet CQC requirements.
  5. Submission of Application: We complete and submit the provider and manager registration applications to CQC on your behalf.
  6. Interview Preparation: We conduct coaching / mock-interview sessions for Registered Manager / Nominated Individual (when applicable).
  7. Pre-Visit Readiness Support: We review all documentation, governance arrangements, and readiness for site-visit.
  8. Delivery of Final Documentation: You receive full editable versions of all documents (Word & PDF), ready for future use or audit. 
  9. Post-Submission Support (if required): We remain available to support you through clarification requests, follow-up or amendments until registration is granted.

We follow a tiered pricing model based on the type and complexity of the service you wish to register. Our published baseline fees are:

£2,500 +VAT

Secondary Care Services​

£3,500 +VAT

Note: Final price may vary if your service requires bespoke policy work, unusual premises, complex governance, or additional support. Before commencing, we will provide a full scoped quotation — no fee adjustments without your explicit agreement.
